At THE GIFTS CONNECT LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • All returns must be sent to the original dispatch location in India. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the product price for all approved returns. The remaining balance will be refunded according to our refund process.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including return labels and courier charges. Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Our customer support team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions, including the return address in India.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item and include proof of purchase. Once shipped, please share the tracking information with our support team.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider or payment service.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

Exchange Eligibility

Products may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase must be included.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order details and requested replacement.

  2. Follow the exchange instructions provided.

  3. Package and ship the item as instructed.

For approved exchanges, we may provide a prepaid return label where applicable and will arrange shipment of the replacement product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
