Eligibility for Returns

- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Receipt/Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized Items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be returned. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Perishable Goods: Items such as food, flowers, or other perishables cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Instructions:
- Our customer service team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Package Your Return:
- Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the Item:
- Attach the return shipping label to the package and send it to the address provided.
Refunds
Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt for the same item in a different size or color, if available.
- Items must be in unused and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging.
How to Exchange an Item

- Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the Item:
- Attach the prepaid shipping label to the package and send it to the address provided.
Shipping Costs
- Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the item, and we will cover the shipping costs of the new item sent to you.
