Every custom-made or size-request rug is handcrafted specially for you, so these cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective — in which case, we’ll replace or refund you immediately.
All rugs are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges (if applicable) are not included in the price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
For a completely hassle-free doorstep delivery, we also offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping — where all import duties and taxes are covered by us.
