Delivery time may range from 4 to 18 calendar days, depending on the origin and location of your order (local or overseas), the logistics partner, and when your order was picked up by them. This calculation excludes public holidays and the logistics partner’s non-working days.
- Buyers can return or exchange the item.

You can change your delivery address until the order status is “Ready for shipping“.
You cannot change your delivery address once your order has entered the “Being delivered” step, which means your item has already been shipped out.

- Select See all updates to view delivery updates. The status of the order will have details of the courier partner.

- The availability of the items: If the items are all in stock and ready to ship, they are more likely to come in the same shipment. However, if one or more of the items are not in stock, they may be shipped separately.
